The new build event has started
You can receive free balloons and other items in Limited Deal
Click on events Flying Wish and Grand Ceremony to get more items.

Check out the luck shot tab, always save up lucky shot coins for events like these.
Usually you will have had to buy something in KOA to get Lucky Shot coins.

Clicking on Grand Ceremony, which has the picture of the candy, will bring you to this screen:
If you scroll down you will see the construction bonus if they are not at the top:
The icons can be confusing, the one with 35 on it can be used if your stronghold is below 35 (which everyone in this alliance is).
Using this item will give you a one time 50% reduction of resources (i.e.: food, wood,iron, silver) on one construction!
Use this construction bonus for upgrading walls and strongholds!
The one with 30 on it can be used if your stronghold is below 30 (which everyone in this alliance is).
Using this item will give you five days of 33% reduction on as many constructions as you can do in that time!
TIP: Get one of the 33% construction bonus items on the last hour of the event to give you 5 days to enjoy the bonus after the event is over
There are also resource items such as wood, iron and silver that you can get to help you with the construction of your buildings, this is why this is referred to as a build event
In addition to construction items there are many other useful items such as peace shields
